Returns Policy

We hope you love what you purchased. But in case you don't, you can send back the product within 14 days and get a full refund.

DermaGene will only accept a return for exchange or refund if the products are unused, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

An exchange or refund will not be processed for products that have been used or damaged.
